You deserve care that protects your peace.
Birth is cosmic. Raw. Deeply and intimately human.
Welcome to Love.Our.Mothers, where birth is honored as ceremony, and every family is held with reverence, dignity, and deep care. I’m a birth and postpartum doula supporting families who view pregnancy and birth as a sacred and transformational rite of passage.

I support people who trust their bodies, honor their inner wisdom, and choose to birth outside the limits of fear. Whether your story is wild, quiet, or complicated—I’m here to witness it with tenderness and strength.
Pregnant, or expecting a baby soon? The following services are available individually, or as bundles, as your unique situation demands:

Birth Doula Support - Calm, continuous presence throughout the entirety of your labor and birth, wherever you choose to bring your baby into the world
Postpartum Doula Support - Nurturing, supportive attention for the early weeks of healing, bonding, and integration
Placenta Services - Bringing closure to your pregnancy journey with respectful encapsulation or sacred ceremony for the organ that nourished your baby
Lactation Education - (COMING 2026) Guidance and customized support for whatever infant feeding goals you choose for your body and your baby
Special care is always available with open arms to those experiencing grief surrounding an unplanned pregnancy, surrogacy or adoption, abortion, miscarriage, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth, infant loss, and the multifaceted emotions present with welcoming subsequent pregnancies.

I meet you where you’re at in all ways, serving Eugene, Springfield, Albany, Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, Florence, and rural communities throughout Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas Counties.

YOU DESERVE
CARE THAT CENTERS YOUR EXPERIENCE.
Whether you’re preparing to give birth, navigating the tender days after, or walking a path that doesn’t quite fit the mainstream narrative—this space was made for you.
My practice is rooted in cultural autonomy, spiritual integrity, and trauma-informed support—crafted especially to include:
-
Straight, queer, traditional, and non-traditional family structures, alike
-
Native, immigrant, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and multi-racial families, and families of color
-
Households who honor plant medicines as part of their cultural or spiritual practice
-
Families seeking to protect the sacred nature of their birth journeys and who value the benefits of undisturbed physiologic birth
-
Parents planning water births, home births, or VBACs with a midwife, holistic practitioner, or thusly skilled obstetrician
-
Teen parents, single parents, families expecting multiples, those recovering from birth complications, or bringing home medically fragile infants
-
Families formed through IVF/IUI, surrogacy, adoption, or alternative means of conception
-
Birthing people of all sizes, abilities, neuro-persuasions, backgrounds, and identities
-
Families who want to walk into birth with intention, autonomy, and joy, and expect to have their voices heard and their choices respected
I provide grounded, inclusive care, built on the belief that everyone who is carrying a pregnancy, giving birth, and parenting with intention deserves to feel seen, heard, and held.
Your body deserves reverence. Your story deserves space. Your family deserves support that sees all of who you are.
That’s okay. Lots of people wonder if it’s worth it—especially if you have a loving partner or great support people. Here's what I want you to know:
A doula doesn’t replace your team. I complete it.
When emotions are high, things are moving fast, and no one’s slept much, having a steady, experienced presence in the room makes all the difference. I’m the calm in the storm, the reminder of your plan, the translator when things get overwhelming, and the hands that quietly keep things moving while you stay connected to each other. I support you so that you can stay focused on supporting one another.
This isn’t luxury—it’s about creating more connection, confidence, and clarity for all of you, and it’s care your nervous systems will always remember.
Let's create something beautiful together.
Birth and postpartum don’t have to be overwhelming or disconnected. With the right support, your experience can be sacred, soft, and sovereign. If you're looking for a doula who will protect your space, celebrate your choices, and walk through the unknown with you, let’s talk.
Based in Eugene, OR and proudly serving Albany, Corvallis, Florence, Cottage Grove, Roseburg, and most rural areas in Lane, Linn, Benton, and Douglas counties.
